My name is Ricky the founder and manager of Ricky Constructions.
Ricky is a commercial contractor with expertise in facility renovations and upgrades, and dedicated specialized equipment installations. We have a long tradition of managing projects for the University of Iowa, University of Florida Hospitals and Clinics and the Bahamas, as well as providing quality construction management to other commercial clients in the world. With over 22 years of combined experience we are ready to manage your construction project from start to finish.
Our business is built on trust, integrity and expertise, and we incorporate these elements into each of our projects.
We understand your project must remain on time and within budget, which is why we assign one project manager to your renovation or installation. Ensuring all parties are in constant communication and on the same page means there will be no surprises. However, as with all construction projects, plans can change and our flexibility allows us to pivot quickly while maintaining quality customer service and quality construction.
